职责描述：
负责商业综合体项目技术及项目管理，侧重于项目中后期的深化设计，具备项目管理能力。

任职要求：
1. 建筑学专业毕业。
2. 8年以上工作经验，有大型商业设计公司经验优先。
3. 有独立负责项目实施的经验，熟练掌握技术规范。
4. 对制图和模型软件的应用很熟悉。
5. 有团队带领能力，内外沟通协调能力。
6. 具备中国一级注册建筑师优先。
