任职资格：
1、全日制大专以上学历，装饰工程、土木工程等专业；
2、五年以上现场管理工作经验，有大型商业项目、酒店、娱乐业现场管理经验的优先；
3、沟通协调能力强，勇于承担，敢于负责；
4、工作认真，细心，能够发现并及时解决工作中存在的问题；
5、具备设计背景的优先考虑。
