任职资格：
1、全日制本科学历，财务相关专业，中级职称；

2、8年以上财务管理岗位工作经验，不低于3年娱乐业财务经理管理经验（必备）；

3、精通国家财务管理相关法律法规；

4、负责任、讲原则，有道德，沟通协调能力强，能够发现并解决工作中存在的问题；

5、了解娱乐业财务管理现状，必备娱乐业管理岗位经验。
