任职资格：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，经济、管理、营销类相关专业；

2、10年以上企业运营管理、营销策划高管经验，并具有成功的案例；

3、具备多元化集团公司相关工作经验，熟悉地产业、娱乐业、工业、酒店业等行业，精通其中1-2个行业的运营管理；

4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、统筹管理能力、极强的影响力和执行力。
