任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业，会计师职称；

2、10年以上财务管理经验， 5年以上国际连锁酒店财务经理工作经历；

3、具有较全面的财务专业知识，熟悉财经法律法规和制度,熟练应用财务软件；

4、优秀的沟通、协调能力，可以代表业主方管理派驻物业的财务业务；

5、此岗位为集团派驻到自有物业经营方的财务管理高端岗位，有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
