Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
 Collect and maintain Program teams relative documents including internal and external meeting minutes,gathering all the completed actions / 收集和维护项目管理相关文件，包括内外部会议纪要的存档和行动项目完成情况的总会等
 Support all the phase of Engineering working hours statistics / 支持项目经理进行项目各阶段的工时统计管理
 Coordination with Finance on customer payment / 协调财务部门完成客户付款
 Be responsible for coordinating program relative both internal and external meeting and prepare meeting minutes and associated documents / 负责协调安排项目相关会议（内部/外部），并准备会议纪要等相关文件
 Responsible for the management of program relative documents on IMS and work out the relative process / 负责IMS上与项目相关的文件的总体管理并负责相关程序的编制
 Assist Program Manager to work out the program relative training module and training materials / 协助项目经理完成项目相关培训模块培训材料的编制
 Support Program Manager fulfill the configuration management / 支持项目经理进行构型管理工作
 Support administrative tasks / 负责项目部的行政管理
 Support development of new project plan / 支持新项目计划的开发
 Finish all the assignments by PM / 完成项目经理布置的其他工作

A. Educational Qualifications /教育资格
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering , or Production Administration, or equivalent / 机械，航天工程或生产管理专业学士学位
B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识
 Typically has up to 2 year of working experience / 2年以上工作经验
C. Professional Skills / 专业技能
 Ability to effectively communicate and work within team environment/ 有沟通与团队合作精神
 Understanding of configuration management / 理解构型管理
