JD for QC manager
Responsibilities for the position:

Make sure that all necessary QC procedures for boat is up to date
Testing of boats with feedback reports/punch list to production
Final inspection of boats with feedback reports/punch lists to production
Co-ordinate /execute inspection of incoming critical parts as defined in ERP system
Training/guidance internally to reduce repeated punch points /deviations
Verification of control, measurement / test equipment
Give technical support feedback to R/D department production department
Be updated on rules regulations verify products accordingly
Suggest improvements for existing products
ew products when possible
When possible be available for service jobs in order to keep updated on products
Assist in other tasks as deemed necessary by immediate superior
Manage all QC activities at located production site
Other tasks if needed by superior

Requirements for this position
Technician or engineer with heavy industry back ground, formal education may be compensated with extensive experience
5-10 years within related industry
Good knowledge to rules and regulations, good communication skills orally written English , thorough accurate.
