BASIC FUNCTION

1.New products develop and industrialization, and introduction.
2.Work with related department (marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing) bring to production.
3.Ensure all NPIP process followed and necessary documents are filed.
4.Response for assigned product line healthy operation, provide technical support.
5.Timely response and solve problem for production and customer issues related products design and production.
6.Continuously improvement production safety; productivity; Quality and cost performance required.

COMPETENCES

1.Excellent problem solving skills and techniques. (8D, or structure problem solve methodology)
2.Good communication and people skills required
3.Fluent in English and Mandarin
4.Know and able to apply DFMEA and PFMEA
5.Strong Pro-E skills in product design
6.Able to assess supplier capability and qualification
7.Experience on HVM production sustaining. And continuously improvement
8.Strong costing sense through designing products to cost and supplier interaction
9.Knowledge of the furniture industry preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2.Experience in Project Leadership, production sustaining and product develop and transfer.
3.Experience working for a multi-national company in China.
4. Around 2-3 years experience in mechanical design and continuous development.
